Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SortedBNB platform, website, mobile applications and related services (collectively the "Service") provided by Sorted BNB. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@sortedbnb.online if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
• A 14-day free trial is available on paid plans. No payment is taken during the trial.
• You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Do not upload content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent or infringes third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code of the Service.
• Do not use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Do not resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written agreement.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). By uploading Customer Data you grant us a limited licence to store, process and display it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your Customer Data to third parties. All software, designs, trademarks and content forming part of the Service (excluding Customer Data) are owned by or licensed to Sorted BNB. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where practicable.
• We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the Service at any time. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service is error-free or that compliance information within it constitutes legal advice.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sorted BNB and its directors, employees and contractors from and against any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your breach of these Terms.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com, Stripe). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or practices of those platforms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination your access to the Service ceases. We will retain your Customer Data for 30 days during which you may request an export; thereafter it will be deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of another jurisdiction apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
